Based in Rochester, NY and developed within the University of Rochester ecosystem—a world-renowned center for eye and vision health.

Our Leadership

Rachel A. F. Wozniak, MD PhD

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Wozniak is a board-certified physician in ophthalmology who provides complex medical and surgical care in the subspecialty of cornea and external disease. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Wozniak also runs an NIH-funded clinical laboratory which focuses on microbial pathogenesis and the development of clinical therapeutics.

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Klubben is a leading healthcare innovator— creating and operating new medical businesses within Fortune 500 companies, high-growth companies, and startups. He has experience leading teams to successfully bring medical devices, health technology, and biotech products to US and international healthcare markets.

Paul Dunman, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Dunman has over 20 years of experience and expertise in pharmaceutical drug development. With over 100 peer-reviewed research articles, numerous awards and international recognition, he currently runs a successful NIH-funded research laboratory and is a co-founder of Arcum Therapeutics.
